Every cabin is equipped with a refrigerator & stove, coffee pot, toaster, pots/pans, all dishes and cookware, utensils and cutting board. All linens and bath towels are provided. Each cabin has a picnic table and BBQ pit. Most cabins have a screened in porch with a porch swing and table. Some cabins have new concrete patios as well. Most cabins have central air conditioning and TVs.
All registered guests can enjoy direct access to the private 600’ Guadalupe River waterfront (no busy highway to cross!!), with 6 kayaks and a river raft. The central recreational area of the property is the main hangout, with a new playground & swings, pavilion with a ping pong table, and a new concrete patio with washers pits and cornhole. We also have a basketball hoop and soccer goals.
